Note: I love to go to the movies (American English)
         I love going to the cinema (British English)

Verb + ing or to with a different meaning:

stop

Note:  He stopped writing - Ele parou de escrever.
          He stopped to write - Ele parou para escrever.



B  We use the infinitive after many adjectives:
